Objective
For this project the objective was to take an old museum brand identity and create something new. A logo, a broster (brochure and poster), a wayfinder, a website, and an Instagram post are all components of the new brand identity. After they have been created, create a design manual that includes each aspect.
Solution
For my museum rebrand I wanted to create a more cohesive brand identity between the museum’s website and the museum itself. Print materials provided by the museum were redesigned to reflect a more contemporary approach to the richness of African American history and culture presented by the museum. My over arching goal was to create a brand that would target a younger professionals in their mid 20's to entice them to come to the museum and learn more about Black History.
